For goods shipped by less than truckload, the volume of one piece shall not be less than 0.02 cubic meters (except for one piece weighing more than 10 kilograms), and each batch shall not exceed 300 pieces.

Railway freight must have the same consignor, consignee, departure station, arrival station, and loading and unloading location as a batch of consigned goods (except for whole vehicle unloading). Each vehicle is a batch of goods. Cross loading, crawling, and use of mobile vehicles for goods, each vehicle group is a batch. Less than truckload (LTL) goods or goods transported in containers shall be considered as one batch per waybill. Goods transported in containers must be of the same container type in each batch, with at least one container and no more than the number of containers that can be loaded by one railway freight car. When international freight forwarders handle the consignment, collection, change or performance of other rights and obligations of goods, they should submit a power of attorney or a letter of introduction proving the power of attorney to the station. Any railway transport of goods should be accompanied by a cargo contract signed with the carrier of the international freight forwarder.

The allowed transportation period must be at least three days longer than the delivery deadline of the goods. The consignor shall use transportation packaging that meets transportation requirements, facilitates loading and unloading, and ensures the safety of the goods, based on the nature, weight, type of transportation, transportation distance, climate, and loading conditions of the goods.
