Only after confirming the missing items can they be collected; When scanning and confirming the receipt of goods, if the system does not accept the order, relevant departments should be promptly contacted to investigate the reason and confirm whether the goods have been received. The warehouse should have the ability to inspect goods, and implement special controls on A-class materials (A-class materials in limited competitive markets and monopolistic supply markets with only a few suppliers to choose from), strictly controlling quantities, independent warehouses, and 24-hour security monitoring; Establish a system for packaging materials and consumables, requiring suppliers to unconditionally and promptly replenish, return, and exchange defective packaging materials and consumables at the edge of the line; Analyze the storage time limit of materials and set a time limit for handling defective materials.
