First, check the shipping list and manifest

The bill of lading is a document for the tallyman to check and accept the goods and ship the goods.  The full name of the cargo manifest is "international voyage ship export cargo manifest" which is customarily called "export manifest" or "manifest" and is compiled by the ship's agent according to the loading order according to the unloading port order for the tallyman to know and master the total number of pieces and total weight of the cargo saved.  Check the shipping note and the list of grade goods, the contents recorded in the shipping note shall prevail.  If it is found that the contents of the two are inconsistent, the manifest shall be revised according to the bill of lading.

Check the contents are:

1. Port name.  The name of the port includes the port of discharge and the port of destination of the goods.  The port of discharge of some goods is the same as the port of destination. The port of discharge of some goods is not the port of destination but the port of transit or choice.

2, logo, name of goods, packaging.  Signs include main signs and auxiliary signs.

3. Number of pieces and weight.  Number of items and weight are the most important contents of the check. There can be no mistakes.

4. Handling of Goods Not Arrived.  The consignor of the sub-Lianyungang import agent did not deliver the goods to the port depot or the customs inspection did not release the goods.  Or the consignor has not prepared the goods. or the consignor and the port depot have disputes over the validity of the goods. the bill of lading has not reached the tallyman.  At this time, the tallyman should indicate the undelivered bill of lading on the bill of lading or make another list of undelivered goods for the next tallyman to master.

Second, the preparation of hatch loading schedule

The hatch loading schedule is based on the cargo stowage plan and bill of lading.  A schedule of the loading sequence of the whole ship, commonly known as the "schedule", compiled by hatches at different levels.

The requirements for preparing the loading schedule for side hatches are:

1. Arrange the shipping orders according to the number sequence.

2. According to the cargo loading chart and the loading list, the cargo can be divided into the number of the loading list on the hatch and the hierarchical circle allocation chart according to the order of the unloading port, and the loading list shall be filled in at the same time.
