1. Prepare for delivery

3. Pick up the container from the storage yard

After contacting with the dock yard, the freight station can pick up cargo containers from the yard (dock or inland) and handle the equipment delivery order or internal handover procedures.

4. Unpacking, delivery and return

Take out the goods from the box, generally according to the packing list in order, take out the goods should be stored according to the ticket. Empty containers shall be returned to the storage yard as soon as possible after unpacking, and equipment delivery or internal handover procedures shall be handled. The freight station delivers the goods to the consignee on behalf of the carrier. When receiving the goods, the consignee shall present the bill of lading (delivery record) issued by the shipping company or other transport operators and released by the customs. The goods can be delivered after the freight station checks the tickets and goods without error. Delivery shall be signed with the consignee on the delivery record. If there is any abnormality, it shall be indicated on the delivery record.

5. Collect relevant fees

When delivering the goods, the freight station shall check whether the goods delivered are kept or transported again during the period of the station, and if so, the goods shall be delivered after receiving the fees.

6. Make delivery report and non-delivery report

After the completion of the delivery work, the container freight station shall make the delivery report and the non-delivery report according to the delivery of the goods, and send them to the shipping company or other transport operators as the basis for their handling of damages and reminders.
